Procedures
1. All parts received for repair / overhaul / exchange at Turbine Components, Inc. must be accompanied with a purchase order / repair order issued by the customer.
2. Purchase orders for exchange parts must specify part number, serial number, and a description of the exchange core.
3. A repairable core must be received for exchange, unless other arrangements have been previously made. Cores not received within the specified and agreed upon time frame will be invoiced at the previously agreed core price.
4. Repair orders must specify part number, serial number, and the description of the part. Repairs required to the part must also specify whether the part requires a standard repair, major repair, or an overhaul.
5. Repair / purchase / exchange orders must specify the billing address of the customer.
6. Turbine Components, Inc. delivers the FAA 8130-3 Form and the Certificate of Conformance with all repairs. The documents are affixed to the part when returned.
7. All invoices are payable in United States dollars within 30 days unless other arrangements have
been made. All invoices paid by check may be mailed directly to;

Policies
1. Turbine Components, Inc. performs standard repairs on gas turbine engine components in accordance with data published in the applicable Manufacturers Manuals.
2. Turbine Components, Inc. researches, develops and engineers (RDE) major repairs data and processes beyond the limitations published in the Manufacturers Manuals.
3. Turbine Components, Inc. performs major repairs that it has developed. Comprehensive capability is available at the San Diego facility.
4. Turbine Components, Inc. determines and publishes its own repair limitations in conjunction with the development and certification of major repairs.
5. All major repairs developed by Turbine Components, Inc. are FAA DER approved.
6. Turbine Components, Inc. holds various OEM approvals for its major repairs. Please refer to Section B “Approvals and Certificates” for details.
7. There will be no charge for components rejected and returned to customer. Returned freight will be paid by customer.
